Razvan Popa - Managing Director at adesso Romania

With a solid background of over 22 years of experience in complex software development projects, I have proven my contribution in roles such as Project Manager, Product Manager and Software Architect. My area of expertise covers the complete software development process from Business and Requirements Analysis to Rollout and Maintenance.

Managing multiple teams of up to 7 cross-functional software specialists, I have successfully implemented several software development methodologies in distributed environments, by defining and adapting roles, responsibilities and processes within the teams. My current mission is to implement the fantastic organisational culture of the adesso Group in our romanian Smartshore locations and deliver software excellency from one of the most high-performing Delivery Centers of the adesso Group.
